He possesses a very long academic experience of 36 years at UG/PG level of Gujarat/Kutch University. He teaches subjects of Economics, Quantitative Techniques & Research Methods. His Ph.D. thesis was on the topic “Public Finance” using the method of Factor Analysis, a tool of Econometrics and rare used in this type of research.

His six papers are published in various journals. He has been Director of PG Course at Tolani Arts & Science College & of UGC for career oriented courses. He was the first Dean of Arts faculty of Kutch University. He was principal of Tolani College of Arts & Science, Adipur for 5 years. His special interest is in the areas of economics and quantitative methods.

He possesses 20 years of industry experience at different levels in various reputed organizations (11 years at Novartis India Ltd. - an MNC) as a professional Cost and Management Accountant. He is having 11 years of teaching experience at TIMS and 16 years at ICWA. He is also visiting faculty at CA, MBA-IGNOU, Entrepreneurship Nodal Center, Tolani Institute of Pharmacy and ICWA chapter of Ahmedabad.

He teaches Cost and Management Accounting, Management Control Systems, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Financial Management, Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and other finance related courses. The courses of M&A, IFM and Indirect Taxes have been developed and introduced by him.

He conducts various management development programs/ workshops/seminars on management control, finance, costing and taxation. As a consultant, his areas of special interest are cost/management accounting and control systems, financial aspects of project reports and taxation.

She has over 12 years of experience in teaching at TIMS. She offers courses such as Insurance & Risk Management, Indian Financial System, Financial Management, Futures and Options and Management Accounting. Her research focuses on Risk Management in which she has submitted the thesis of Ph.D. at National Insurance Academy, Pune University. She is also PGDBM Programme Co-ordinator of the institute.

He has got fourteen years of industry and teaching experience. He teaches courses such as Marketing Research & Information System (MRIS), Statistics, Research Methods, Services Marketing. His current research interest lies in areas of Services Marketing & Consumer Behavior in Marketing Strategies (CBMS). His articles and research papers have been published in the newspapers and the journals of national repute.

Dr. Tejash Pujara

A Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Engineering has experience in Marketing of high-end software like ERP, DSS etc. He teaches Management Information System (MIS), Production and Operations Management, Operation Research, Marketing Logistics and Sales Management at TIMS. He has submitted his PhD thesis on “Information Technology Acquition and its Impact on the Performance of Shipping Firms” to the Bhavnagar University.

He also coordinates the activities of Systems Division.

At TIMS, he teaches courses such as Sales Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Strategic Brand Management and Strategic Marketing.

Dr. Kinjal Ahir

28 years  Dt of joining:1st December, 2007.

A commerce graduate with distinction and a gold medalist in MA from MSU, Baroda, she cleared her National Eligibility Test (NET) in first attempt. She has also done Diploma in Export Marketing. Her Ph.D. from Bhavnagar University is a comparative study between Indian and Philippines Higher Education Systems. Her two research papers got published in international and national journals and she won the Best Paper Award in an International Conference for her paper.

She has to her credit many prestigious awards as a student for her communication skills and personality traits. She has conducted many sessions and corporate training on communication skills and personality development. She
possesses 5 years of teaching experience at undergraduate level.
