Eligibility

A graduate of a University in any discipline or such academic qualification which can be considered equivalent to a graduate degree of University.

Fess :

Refund of Fees : (Including Caution Money & Library Deposit)

(a) Full Term Fess will be refunded in case of death of the student concerned, if the death occurs within one month from the date of payment of fess.

(b) Refund of fees less Rs.500 will be made in case of i-transfer of student/parent to other city, ii-marriage of girl student, iii-admission of student to any professional course, if the application is made within 15 days of the payment of fees.

(C) In no other cases Tuition Fees shall be refunded.

Note : The caution maney and Library deposit will be refunded to the student on application within six months of his/her leaving the institute on submission of original receipt.

Attendance :

As per the ordinance of Kachchh University, every student is required to remain present in the institute for minimum 75 days in each term. The attendance in the lectures of every subject compulsory.

Evaluation System (Revised) :

Every paper will be of 100 marks; out of which 30% will be for assignments, 10% for seminar, 50% for written examination and 10% for viva-voce.
