'Tolani Vidya Mandir Campus' is moving ahead with goal of Quality Education. Another college at the campus i.e. Tolani Commerce College has undergone the rigorous process of acquiring accreditation through National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) Bangalore. The team of four members from NAAC visited Tolani Commerce College and verified all the facts submitted by the college in Self Study Report (SRR). The team was very happy to see the college activities and gave some important suggestions to still improve the quality of education. Tolani Commerce College has received B Grade by NAAC. Congratulations to Principal Dr. G.D.Tripathi and his team of all the teaching and non-teaching staff for this achievement.
Tolani College of Arts & Science is moving ahead and growing further in quality education based on recommendations submitted by NAAC team who visited college last year. TASC is proud to be selected as one of the colleges in Gujarat who have received Grant from Govt. of Gujarat to develop English Language Laboratory for developing English language through latest techniques with help of computers. The lab will be helpful in teaching Spoken English not only to the students of this campus, but all the citizens of township will be benefited.
Tolani F.G. Polytechnic has moved to third year of the Self Finance Programs of Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering. Along with formal technical education, the college is also doing lot of programs under Community Wing (which is now Tolani Foundation Community Project), Nodal Centre for Entrepreneur and Management Development, Industry Institute Partnership Cell and Student chapter of ISTE for the benefit of the whole society including rural population and the people below poverty line.
Tolani Institute of Management Studies while entering in its 14th year of establishment is growing by increasing the intake capacity from 60 to 120 students and adding one more elective of Human Resource Management (HRM) along with Finance and Marketing. The application has been submitted to AICTE for approval of additional intake and it is expected to get sanctioned for the academic year starting from July 2008. The construction of building for additional infrastructure is going on in full swing.
Tolani Institute of Pharmacy is all set to apply for accreditation to National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The SSR is ready for submission and we hope that by next year the college will get accredited. Tolani F.G.Polytechnic and Tolani Institute of Management Studies are also preparing themselves for getting accredited.
All the colleges on the campus are buzzing with the activities, i.e. curricular as well as co/extra curricular. The pages ahead in this bulletin will tell the stories of the activities conducted by colleges and institutes at the campus, including Tolani Eye Hospital and Research Centre & Sri Ramakrishna Seva Kendra.
