  1. Sealed tenders are invited from the authorized distributors / dealers for supply of following items.

  2. Tender fee is Rs. 500/- by Cash / DD in favor of Principal, Tolani Institute of Pharmacy, payable at Adipur; plus Rs. 50/- extra for courier charges.
  3. Sale of Tender will be from the date of publishing of this tender notice till March 30, 2011 from Principal office, Tolani Institute of Pharmacy, Adipur.
  4. Last date of receipt of tender is April 8, 2011.

PRINCIPAL

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. TENDER DOCUMENT
    1. Tender will be available from the office of the principal, Tolani Institute of Pharmacy, Adipur from 10 am till 12 noon till 30th March, 2011.
    2. Sealed tenders will be accepted up to 1 pm till 8th April 2011 at the office of Tolani Institute of Pharmacy, Adipur. Tender will be opened in the presence of the indenting bidders on the same day at 1:15pm, if possible.
    3. The cost of the tender document is Rs. 500/-, if purchased personally and additional sum of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only) must be remitted if the tender is needed by courier or registered post. The institute will not be responsible for any postal delays.
    4. Tender fee may be paid in cash or by DD in favor of the principal, Tolani Institute of Pharmacy payable at Adipur, Kachchh.
    5. Conditional tenders shall be liable for rejection.
    6. Only authorized dealers/ manufacturers should quote.
    7. Only the licensed copies of the software shall be accepted.
    8. Warranty period minimum one year starting from the date of successful completion of trial run.
    9. Maintenance response time and normal machine up time during warranty period are to be specified clearly for carrying out a satisfactory comparative evaluation of the bids.
  2. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD)
    1. All tenders must be submitted along with an EMD of Rs. 2500/- by Bank DD in favor of Tolani institute of pharmacy payable at Adipur.
    2. Tenders without EMD will be rejected.
  3. SECURITY DEPOSIT (SD)
    1. The selected bidders will have to provide for a security deposit @ 5% of the order value. The EMD of the selected bidder will be adjustable as a part of the SD and the balance will be recovered from the payment due.
    2. The SD will be released upon satisfactory completion of the warranty period.
  4. PAYMENT TERMS
    1. 100% against delivery of the complete order and successful trial run.
  5. COMMERCIAL TERMS AND DELIVERABLES
    1. The prices are to be quoted for branded equipments only FOR site inclusive of all taxes, insurance, installation charges if any and trial run at the institute.
    2. Warranty period of minimum one year will start from the date of successful completion of the trial run.
    3. One set of technical reference material, operation manual and operation systems manuals must be provided.
  6. VALIDITY AND TIME SCHEDULES
    1. Validity of tender must be minimum 90 days from the date of opening of the tender.
    2. Order must be executed in full including trial run with in 1 week from the date of issue of the order failing which the deal shall be liable to be forfeited.
  7. MISCELLANEOUS
    1. Each item must be quoted separately in the space provided in the tender document. The lump sum tenders shall be liable for rejection.
    2. The principal reserves the right to reject a tender partially or fully without assigning any reasons thereof.
    3. A tender can be approved in partial or in whole for a single party depending upon the selected bid approved for a particular item.
  8. LEGAL UMBRELLA
    1. All disputes if any shall be subjected to Gandhidham court jurisdiction.
